This will all be done in the beautiful setting of Bamboo Buddha Café – a lush oasis on the Central Coast, just over an hour’s drive from Sydney. It is indeed one of my “happy places” – you will feel as though you’ve been transported to a tropical overseas location as soon as you walk through their doors!
Explore your deepest desires through ritual, yoga and meditation – all in a supportive and safe environment. Moving from the darker months and energy of the New Void Moon to the light and vibrancy of summer.
