Join me for this beautiful session where we can connect, gently move together, and be guided through a deep relaxation practice. Wherever you are – it’s now even easier for you to join, from your own living room!
Yoga nidra translates to yogic sleep. It is a deep relaxation technique that will leave you floating beyond cloud nine! We will be combining this with a gentle yoga movement practice beforehand, to better prepare the body for this practice.
Set yourself up for a magical evening, with your own sacred space decorations if you like. I would love to see these! Light a candle, get cosy, and let me guide you through the practice.
This truly is the perfect combination to end your week on.
What to prepare:
- Yoga mat
- Light blanket or throw
- Yoga bolster or a couple pillows
- Eye mask or light scarf (optional to place over your eyes)
- Feel free to adorn your practice space with anything that makes it feel magical!
- Please be ready 5mins prior to the start time, as we will begin promptly at 6.30pm
