"I hate yoga nidra", said no one ever. 

Yoga nidra translates to yogic sleep. It is a deep relaxation technique that will leave you floating beyond cloud nine!

Yoga nidra is the practice of psychic sleep, and sort of like a very long Savasana. Simply lie back, get super comfortable, and settle in as I guide you through the practice, directing your awareness throughout your body, breath, senses, emotions, and imagery.

The practice draws the attention inwards, where you'll flirt between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where your body finds its natural state of equilibrium – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, allowing you to fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.

We will be combining this with a gentle yoga movement practice beforehand, to better prepare the body for this practice. 

This truly is the perfect combination to end your week on!

Anyone identifying as female, 16yrs and over

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Light blanket or throw. You will be lying still for approx. 20mins, so you'll need to stay WARM.
  • Anything you need to sit and lie comfortably on the floor (e.g. yoga bolster, cushions, eye pillow). Chairs are available at the venue if preferred.
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
  • Water
  • An open heart and mind!
