Sometimes, a ‘general’ yoga class isn’t quite what you need.

As a society, Australians are more stressed than ever before. The below figures are from a survey conducted in 2015*. Given the developments in the world and current situation we find ourselves in (especially during 2020!), one can only imagine the updated results:

  • 35% of Australians report having a significant level of distress in their lives
  • 26% of Australians report above normal levels of anxiety symptoms
  • 26% of Australians report having moderate to extremely severe levels of depression symptoms
  • In 2015, anxiety symptoms were the highest they have been in the five years of the survey

Carla has carefully curated a range of practices drawing upon the principles of yoga to provide you with a holistic approach to educating, empowering, and managing the above conditions. These are taught in small groups, either as a three-hour workshop, or over a six-week period.

These are particularly beneficial as community group or workplace offerings.
