About Sacred Circles
A Circle is a sacred space to connect.
To feel the power in Sisterhood, and the magic we can create – both as individuals and together.
In Circle we explore, share, uplift and empower those who take part, to create a deeply heartfelt and honest experience and connection. We explore different themes, topics, and activities as a way of journeying deeper into ourselves, to heal and grow through shared wisdom and stories. As a Yoga Therapist, Carla also likes to weave her knowledge of yoga into the way things may be explored.

Women’s Circles
Women coming together in the spirit of community, wisdom and love, can be a profound and transformative experience. It is a way to journey and connect deeply with our intuitive, divine feminine energy, offering support, strength and wisdom to those who join.

Bridal Circles
A Bridal Circle is a beautiful way to honour, bless and support the bride, with her closest female friends and family members. It is a fun, bonding ceremony, that deeply connects the women in the bride’s life.
It is the perfect experience to organize as part of a hen’s party, particularly to start the event as a way to connect and create beautiful memories which will stay in the bride’s heart forever.
