“I hate yoga nidra,” said no one ever.
Join me for this beautiful session where we can connect, gently move together, and be guided through a deep relaxation practice. Wherever you are – it’s now even easier for you to join, from your own living room!
Yoga nidra translates to yogic sleep. It is a deep relaxation technique that will leave you floating beyond cloud nine! We will be combining this with a gentle yoga movement practice beforehand, to better prepare the body for this practice.
Set yourself up for a magical evening, with your own sacred space decorations if you like. I would love to see these! Light a candle, get cosy, and let me guide you through the practice.
This truly is the perfect combination to end your week on.

Monday at 6:30am – 30 minutes
Start your morning and week well with this gentle hatha yoga class. Suitable for all levels, especially beginners or those needing a slower and more targeted practice to help get those creaks out of the body!
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your class up to 24 hours before the class begins and request to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds provided if cancelled within 24 hours of the class beginning.

Wind down your evening and set the tone of your week ahead with this fluid, slow flow yoga class. Think of this as a slow (and at times strong) vinyasa class, moving continuously with purpose and grace, approaching your practice as a moving meditation. Beginner – intermediate level.
Wednesday at 6:30am
Shake off any mid-week slump and start your morning with this energizing vinyasa flow class! It will be your natural caffeine hit, and you’ll be ready to go for the rest of your day and week ahead! Intermediate level.
